How to Order on MerakParts: Your Ultimate Buyer’s Guide
There are two ways to get equipment parts from MerakParts: order directly online for standard catalogue items, or request a quote (RFQ) for complex assemblies, hard-to-identify parts and bulk orders. Follow this guide and the part fits your machine the first time.

The quickest way to buy on MerakParts is a direct purchase. Here is how to place the order without a fitment surprise.

Confirm your part number (PN)
The most reliable way to buy is to know the part number. For injectors, fuel pumps, solenoids, sensors and most electrical parts, the PN on its own is enough — search it in the box at the top of any page.

No part number? No problem
If you cannot find the PN, send our team the following through Live Chat or the contact form and we will confirm it for you:
- Machine make and model
- Engine model
- Machine serial number (the plate on the frame)
- Photos of the old part, including any stamped numbers

Special parts checklist
Some products need extra information before they can ship correctly:
Controller, ECU and monitor display panels
Program versions differ between machines. So the right program is flashed before shipping, send us:
- The ECU or monitor part number
- Machine and engine nameplate photos, for the correct configuration
Engine overhaul and rebuild kits
The same engine is used across many machines, and the parts are not always identical:
- Machine model — an engine such as the 4HK1 is fitted to excavators and trucks alike, with different components in each
- Piston photos — from several angles, with the height, outer diameter and combustion chamber measured
Hydraulic pumps, motors and valves
- Casting numbers and the data plate on the pump body
- Whether the unit is a replacement for a reman or a new original

Check the cart and place the order
Confirm quantity and shipping destination in the cart, then check out. You receive an order confirmation by email; keep it for the warranty claim window.
Request a Quote (RFQ)
Use an RFQ when the part is not in the catalogue, when you need a volume price, or when a whole assembly has to be matched to one machine. Send the request from the Contact Us page — the more of the checklist above you include, the faster the quotation comes back.

Fitment is confirmed before shipping, not after. If anything in your machine details contradicts the part you selected, we contact you first — we would rather delay an order by a day than send a part that has to come back.
Shipping and Lead Time
- In stock: dispatched within 1–2 business days from local stock.
- Made to order: lead time is quoted per item before you pay.
- Express, air and sea freight are all available; freight is quoted per order, since it depends on weight, volume and destination.
- A tracking number is emailed as soon as the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
After You Receive the Parts
- Check the packing list against the order before the parts go on the machine.
- Keep the original packaging until the part is installed and tested.
- Warranty, returns and exchanges are covered in our Refund and Returns Policy.
- Anything unclear — send photos of the part and the machine plate and our team will pick it up from there.
